Great gloves July 10, 2010 John Nehring I purchased these gloves for use in a sub freezer (-15 to -25 degrees). I work in there for an hour to three hours at a time and these gloves are great for that. I was a little worried about the size of the gloves, since they fit so tightly, but to my surprise, they kept my fingers warm. They are just as warm as the downhill skiing gloves I purchased for almost 4 times the cost of these.
As far as durability, I have not had an issue using these gloves. There has been no wearing or tearing anywhere and I have been using them for 4 months now. Other gloves that I have used for the same purpose have started wearing by this time.
For the waterproofing, I cannot say since I do not use them snowy or wet conditions.
For the purpose of drying out from sweaty hands, they dry out pretty quickly. Usually about 4 hours in open air and they are completely dried out from the inside.
All in all, I would highly recommend these gloves for working in cold conditions.
Amazing Gloves March 12, 2010 J. Carroll (Ohio) These gloves have been awesomely warm. They have the best grip of any glove I have ever had. Far superior to most winter gloves.
Pretty good March 11, 2010 Doug (Bluegrass) True to size. Quite durable. I've worn for 2 months now with no issues. Not really water proof. I'd call it higly water resistant. Very good for Ky winters.
Nice Gloves February 14, 2010 E. Templeton (Virginia) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Great gloves for moderately low temperatures. Could be a little warmer, but if you're only going out for a little while or if its above 20F, your hands will be warm. Haven't stuck my hands in water so not sure how waterproof they really are, but in snow they seem to stay dry. They look pretty slick too, so that's a bonus :) The grip on these gloves is amazing, no slippage will be going on with these!
not really waterproof, not really winter plus February 3, 2010 Ana Veronica Gonzalez (Austin, Tx USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have used my gloves when riding my bike at 30F and no rain and my fingers ended all red and hurting: not really warm for mild winter in Texas. I used my gloves when raining and, although I got to the end of my trip with my hands dry, when I got my gloves to do my ride back home they were wet inside. So, not really winter proof and not really water proof. I feel like I wasted my money and that this company has no problem making claims about their products which do not stand the simplest test. Very disappointed.
