My husband and I decided to try some "no-name" fishing lures, and bought a package of these and the so-called "deep divers" (package of 3). They look pretty and professional, but looks were deceiving. After each of us trolling with one of them for less than 5 minutes, the lures floated to the top of the water and would not dive at all. Upon closer examination, we could see that the lures had taken on water, as well as (apparently) air. We tried all 8 lures with the same results. So we found out that it's more cost effective to stay with the brand name (and more expensive) lures, confirming the old adage that "you get what you pay for."
